Different people arrive at this work in different ways.
Some are ready to go deep, to immerse for days in nature, in honest reckoning with a cohort of peers. Others are navigating something more private and immediate. Others want to bring the work into their organisation or field.
All three paths are available to you.

OUR OFFERING
01
Residentials
For leaders who have run out of surface level answers.
Spots are now open for the next residential in April 2027.
Multi-day experiences in carefully chosen landscapes. Small, selected cohorts. The living world as co-facilitator. This is where the work is most fully itself, held with all the time it requires. Not a workshop, or a retreat. A threshold crossing in a dynamic ecosystem, with peers engaged with the same enquiry as you.
02
Private Sessions
For leaders navigating something immediate.
Private coaching, eco-counselling and mentorship with Ruby or Melis. For those at a professional, personal or cultural crossroads that require sustained, private attention.
Informed by somatic practice, ecopsychology and thirty years of direct experience at the intersection of leadership, culture and the living world.
03
Speaking & Education
Important work, delivered in not so serious ways.
Keynotes, panels and depth education sessions for organisations, conferences and leadership forums. For those who want to engage with ecological intelligence and deep leadership.
We work with challenging material — ecological crises, collective dissociation, the psychology of systems — in ways that can be felt as well as understood.
I worked closely with Ruby while I was in a Head of Sales role, and what had the biggest impact on me was how Ruby challenged my thinking. She has a knack for asking questions that get you thinking about how you are leading. This prompted a change in how I approached my role, and the type of leader I wanted to be. I'd recommend Ruby to any leader who's looking to think differently about the challenges they're facing and the role they play.
