THE RESIDENTIAL
We need a deeper connection with all of life to lead well.
Our leadership residentials are for leaders and decision-makers who have built cultures, held them together, and made difficult calls. They sense the shift, and know their leadership needs to shift with it.
Most leadership development responds by adding more. We go in the other direction.
Together we make room to fallow.

THREE FACILITATORS GUIDE TOGETHER
01
Melis Senova
EXECUTIVE ADVISOR · SYSTEMIC DESIGNER · SOMATIC ECO-THERAPIST
Three decades of practice running her own agency, advising senior leaders and heads of state at professional and societal thresholds.
How do we lead through times of great consequence?
02
Ruby Biscuit
SENIOR LEADER · CULTURE MAKER · ECO-THERAPIST
Three decades in leadership, building rare vantage on how culture sustains or destroys itself.
How can we build cultures that unwaveringly serve life?
03
Shoalhaven Valley
A RIVER · ANCIENT COUNTRY · ECOLOGICAL MEMORY
A river cutting through sandstone for millions of years. This co-facilitator carries ecological memory that dwarfs any human story.
Being witnessed by something that old and indifferent to your status is quietly revolutionary.
THE ARC OF THE WORK
The work moves through what we call the Descent.
You will be guided through an honest reckoning with the stories you have likely been operating inside. Through this process, old conundrums begin to aerate, making way for durable changes in how you make decisions.
Arrival
The container forms. You land on country and connect with those holding the same inquiry.
Descent
Into the stories of current modernity, to the grief of the living world. Into the reckoning.
Void
This space is liminal. Encountered through deep connection with nature.
Ascent
Through insight, integration and ceremony the threshold is crossed, together.
Return
Re-emergence and integration is supported. The work continues.
HOW PEOPLE CHANGE
Three things you will leave with.
These are not performance outcomes. They are shifts in orientation. The kind that change what decision you're capable of making.
01
Becoming Undeceivable
Having faced the stories you operate within clearly, you are more discerning. The familiar justifications for why things are the way they are lose their hold.
02
Fresh Perception
A genuine encounter with the living world recalibrates the senses. Old categories and habituated responses compost in the process.
03
Ready for the unknown
This work will not help you resolve complexity. It will build the genuine capacity within you to inhabit it, powerfully, intentionally and with purpose.
Ruby helped me understand the importance of structure, power relationships and how to have a company that is responsive to its environment, so that our work can mature beyond its origins. Ruby's ongoing mentorship challenges me in a kind and firm way to stay at the edges of what I know, whilst ensuring that the company has the mooring points needed to chart our growth, while providing a far less isolated experience for me as the leader and founder.
Victoria Spence
A person who can sit with complexity without collapsing prematurely into a solution, initiates differently.
Fallow Bourne residentials are immersive, multi-day experiences in carefully chosen landscapes. The Shoalhaven River, within Dharawal and Yuin Country, has been cutting through sandstone for millions of years. We will not be there to admire the view. This ancient bushland — moving water, rock, soil, weather — will be an active participant in the work. A co-facilitator with its own intelligence, carrying ecological memory that dwarfs any human story. If you do the work, the valley will likely be the most enduring voice you take home.
